An ETF also has ongoing product costs, the total expense ratio (TER). They are charged by the fund inside its price, not by Bitpanda. Investing in stocks, ETFs and commodities carries risks. The licences page shows which Bitpanda company provides each product.
Staking commission
Commission on staking rewards
Bitpanda keeps a commission of 20% of the staking APY, as of . Method: the commission is deducted automatically before rewards are distributed, and distribution is weekly, every Tuesday, for each full day an asset was staked. Fee basis: the reward you receive is net of the commission. Rewards are variable and not guaranteed.
This schedule lists no reward rates. For the ranges read on the live page, lock-ups and what can go wrong, see staking reward ranges and risks.
Deposits and withdrawals
Euro deposits and withdrawals
Bitpanda's live home page describes deposits as fee-free, and the Fusion page states no Bitpanda-charged deposit and withdrawal fees. Third-party fees, currency conversion costs, taxes and government charges may still apply. Fiat wallets are available in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF and PLN.
| Payment method | Deposit fee charged by Bitpanda | Withdrawal fee charged by Bitpanda | Processing time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer (SEPA) | Fee-free per home page | to be confirmed | to be confirmed |
| Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) | Fee-free per home page | to be confirmed | to be confirmed |
| Online payments | Fee-free per home page | to be confirmed | to be confirmed |
The live site names bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Apple Pay as ways to pay. A fee per payment method is not published on the pages this schedule was built from.
Crypto withdrawals
Sending crypto to an external wallet costs a withdrawal fee set per asset and per network, with a minimum withdrawal amount for each. Bitpanda says it adjusts these fees regularly to the traffic on each network. Bitcoin transfers can take up to several hours, and longer when the network is busy. Because the figures move, this schedule does not print a dated copy of them: check the fees shown in the app before you confirm a withdrawal.
Limits for a verified account
Limits depend on your verification status. The figures below are the euro limits of a verified account.

How prices are formed
Bitpanda is a broker and the counterparty to every order: you buy from and sell to Bitpanda at the price it quotes.
Two costs sit inside a broker order. The trade fee is the percentage in the tables above, charged on each transaction. The spread is the gap between the price at which you can buy an asset and the price at which you can sell it at the same moment; it is part of the quoted price, not a separate line. Bitpanda's live cost overview says that as a crypto broker it provides "the best available price across multiple markets"; that is its own description, not a measured comparison. A typical spread is not published on the pages this schedule was built from, so no figure is given here.
Article 66(4) of the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) requires a crypto-asset service provider to publish its pricing, cost and fee policies in a prominent place on its website. Article 77(2) requires a provider that exchanges crypto-assets for funds to publish a firm price or a method for determining the price (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on EUR-Lex, read on ).
An order-book exchange prices trades in another way, which is why broker and exchange fees differ. The About page explains how Bitpanda makes money.

Fees FAQ
What are the Bitpanda fees for buying Bitcoin?
0.99% per transaction is the trade fee for Bitcoin on the Bitpanda broker, so a EUR 100 purchase carries EUR 0.99 in trade fee. The quoted price can also include a spread, which is not part of the trade fee. On Bitpanda Fusion the fee is 0.25% at Level 1 and falls with your 30-day volume. The minimum order is EUR 1.00.
Does Bitpanda charge deposit or withdrawal fees?
No deposit fee is charged by Bitpanda according to its home page, which describes deposits as fee-free, and the Fusion page states no Bitpanda-charged deposit and withdrawal fees. Third-party fees, currency conversion costs and taxes may still apply. Crypto withdrawals carry a fee per asset and network that follows network traffic.
What are the Bitpanda Fusion fees?
0.25% is the Fusion fee at Level 1, for up to EUR 100,000 of 30-day rolling volume. It falls in seven levels to 0.02% at Level 7, for EUR 250,000,000 and above. Your level is recalculated automatically as your volume changes. Fusion states no Bitpanda-charged deposit and withdrawal fees; third-party fees may still apply.
What does Bitpanda charge for staking?
20% of the staking APY is Bitpanda's commission, as of . Method: it is deducted automatically before rewards are distributed, which happens weekly, every Tuesday, so the reward you receive is net of the commission. Staking rewards are variable and not guaranteed, and the price of the staked asset can fall.
What are the Bitpanda withdrawal limits?
EUR 5,000,000 per day is the withdrawal limit by SEPA bank transfer for a verified account. Withdrawals through online payments are limited to EUR 100,000 per day and EUR 2,000,000 per month. Limits depend on your verification status. Crypto withdrawals have a minimum amount per asset and network.
Does Bitpanda charge account or custody fees?
No: accounts and wallets are free of charge, and Bitpanda charges no fee for storing crypto-assets. You pay when you trade (the trade fee and any spread in the quoted price), when you stake (the commission on what you earn) and when you send crypto to an external wallet (the withdrawal fee for that network). Fiat wallets are available in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF and PLN.
A charge this page does not explain?
Live chat in the app is open 24/7: ask support about a charge. The FAQ has more questions about deposits and withdrawals, and there are guides that explain costs in Bitpanda Academy. The Bitpanda home page shows the products these fees apply to.
