The Bitpanda app for iOS and Android
The Bitpanda app is the official iOS and Android app of Bitpanda GmbH: it lets verified EU and EEA residents buy and sell crypto from EUR 1.00, trade on Fusion, stake supported coins and contact support by chat around the clock; install it only from the App Store (id 1449018960) or Google Play (com.bitpanda.bitpanda).

Get the official app
There is one official listing in each store. Before you install, compare the identifier on the store page with the one printed under the button: a listing with a different identifier is not the Bitpanda app.

Check the identifier first: the App Store address ends in id1449018960 and the Google Play address in id=com.bitpanda.bitpanda. Then check the publisher name under the app title, which should be a Bitpanda company.
Open the store from this page or search the store yourself. Bitpanda does not message you first, so a download link that arrives by e-mail, text or chat is a warning sign. The companies behind each product are listed under who operates the app.

A broker order is a purchase from Bitpanda, or a sale to it, at a quoted price, from EUR 1.00 per order. You can also swap one asset for another. Fiat wallets are available in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF and PLN.
0.25% Fusion fee at Level 1
Trade on Fusion
Fusion, Bitpanda's advanced trading platform, is fully available in the iOS and Android apps. It has limit, market, stop limit and stop market orders, and its fees fall in seven levels as your 30-day volume grows.
Weekly staking distribution
Stake and automate
Staking pays out every Tuesday in the asset you staked. Rewards are variable and not guaranteed, and the price of the coin can fall by more than you receive. Savings plans automate regular buys: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
Alerts on price moves
Track prices
Follow prices in the app and create price alerts, so that you hear about a move without watching the screen. An alert is information, not a reason to trade. For information only. Not investment advice.

- 0.99% per transaction for Bitcoin and stablecoins, 1.49% for most other crypto. The minimum order is EUR 1.00.
- Fusion
- 0.25% at Level 1, for up to EUR 100,000 of 30-day volume, falling in seven levels to 0.02%.
- Account and wallets
- Free of charge. Bitpanda charges no fee for storing crypto assets.
Third-party fees, currency conversion costs and taxes can still apply. Staking is charged through a commission, set out with every other price in Bitpanda fees and limits.

Two-factor authentication
Optional time-based one-time passwords (TOTP) add a second step to signing in. Switch them on before you deposit.

You can activate an anti-phishing code under Password & Security. It helps you tell a genuine Bitpanda message from a copy.

Session management shows the sessions on your account. Look at it after you change phones.

Account notifications tell you about activity on your account. Leave them switched on.
What support never asks for
Bitpanda support never asks for your password, seed phrase, recovery codes or two-factor codes, and it does not message you first.

Is the Bitpanda app free?
Yes for the account: Bitpanda accounts and wallets are free of charge, and Bitpanda charges no fee for storing crypto assets. You pay when you trade. The trade fee is 0.99% per transaction for Bitcoin and stablecoins and 1.49% for most other crypto, and Fusion fees start at 0.25%. Every price is in the full Bitpanda fee schedule.
Which countries can use the Bitpanda app?
Residents of the EU and EEA can use the app: Bitpanda GmbH provides crypto-asset services in all 30 EEA states under its MiCAR authorisation. Residents of the United Kingdom and the UAE are served by separate Bitpanda companies. Which products you see depends on your country of residence, and the iOS or Android version your phone needs is shown on each store listing.
Is the app the same as the website?
Yes where it matters for cost: the app uses the same Bitpanda account and the same fee schedule as the website. Fusion is fully available in the iOS and Android apps, according to the Fusion FAQ. If something described on this site is missing in your app, your country of residence is the most likely reason.
What should I do if the app is not working?
Update the app from the official store listing, check your connection and sign in again. If the problem remains, contact support in the 24/7 live chat or through the help centre at support.bitpanda.com, which also works from a browser when the app will not open. Never install a "fix" that reaches you by message: Bitpanda does not message you first.
